Product composed exclusively of active ingredients. The selected raw materials all have properties that contribute to the expected effectiveness:
Laurel oil: nourishing and moisturizing, maintains suppleness and stimulates the growth of the horn. It avoids the drying and reduces the formation of seimes. Its sanitizing properties contribute to keep a strong, flexible, healthy and resistant hoof.
Castor oil: softening action for the perioplic pad and the crown.
Also contains: Vegetable oil, Beeswax, Fatty acid, Vitamin E

Effects of the dry hoof ointment
EKIN Dry Hoof Ointment prevents the formation of seime and the splitting of the horn. A horse’s hoof is naturally moist and transpiration by osmosis allows for continuous hydration throughout the seasons.
The ointment maintains the natural elasticity of the horn by preserving the evapotranspiration of the hoof. It also forms a protective film against the chemical agents of urine under the sole.
Directions for use :
Apply with a brush once a week, in a thin layer, on the hoof, the fork, the sole and the glomes and massage the crown to increase the vascularization of the main pad and the growth of the horn.
An all-in-one packaging, with a brush integrated into the jar, facilitates the application of the product and the storage of the material.
